Founder and Principal
Calvin Rowley
Calvin Rowley is the founder and principal of Facumious, and an operator in financial market infrastructure technology.
He leads The Reach Agency, which builds enterprise platforms for corporate actions and financial transactions, and Reach LawTech, which operates claims administration technology for class actions, insolvency, and settlement distribution. Facumious provides contracted executive services to The Reach Agency.
At Reach LawTech he has led the expansion of claims administration technology into new legal markets, working with leading class action and plaintiff firms internationally. That work spans integration with payment gateways, partnership with settlement administrators, and distribution mechanics that have to satisfy court, client and government requirements differing in every jurisdiction the platform enters.
At The Reach Agency his work is with the global share registry and corporate actions market, developing product propositions and joint institutional pitches for tier one mandates. These have included some of the largest corporate transactions and government asset programs handled in the sector.
Across both businesses the emphasis is international expansion: market entry programs across European jurisdictions, the regulatory frameworks governing cross-border activity in securities services, and commercial relationships with registrars, custodians, administrators, and law firms across Australia, Europe, and North America.
